Sometimes you may stop moving forward because you don’t even know what you truly need or want. Here's a quick exercise to help you tell the truth about what you really want and begin your process of getting unstuck.
“I will do [top answer from Column 4] using my [top answer from Column 3], to accomplish [top answer from Column 2] and in doing so, also achieve [top answer in Column 1].”
The word “life” in the above exercise can be changed to whatever might be the area in which you feel most “stuck”; for instance, substitute the word “career”, “relationship” or “health”, etc. This exercise can give great insight and help uncover a new path for you to forge ahead.
