While group classes during the coronavirus pandemic are temporarily suspended, we are still offering one-on-on classes in two formats:
90 minutes split between Yin Yoga and therapeutic massage to give your body the best of both worlds. Ease your muscles and give your connective tissue a little stretch. Learn Yin Yoga poses and breathing techniques personalized to your needs, then relax into a therapeutic massage in our tranquil setting and let your cares float away. Highly relaxing and therapeutic. Bring clothing that is easy to move in for the yoga portion.
