What is Mindfulness?

Anxiety relief and stress reduction are some of the most potent benefits of mindful meditation; and now studies show that through regular mindfulness practice, the body is impacted in dramatic and positive ways.  Studies suggest that mindfulness reduces blood pressure, improves the immune system by increasing the levels of T-cells, reduces cellular aging, improves gut health, and can help maintain brain health and neuroplasticity (the ability for brain cells to form new connections and for us to learn even at later ages).  Additional research has shown that regular meditators in their 50’s show the same amount of gray matter as people in their 20’s, and more gray matter in the frontal cortex, an area of the brain linked to decision-making and memory.  Even pain conditions such as migraines, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and more are mitigated with regular mindful practice.

Individualized Mindfulness Coaching Session

Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced meditator needing some new tools, one-on-one coaching can bring wonderful benefits to your mindfulness practice. These sessions are customized to your goals and objectives so you learn meditation and mindfulness practices to support the outcomes you desire. Small Group Meditation and Mindfulness Session

These small group sessions for up to 4 people enable you to connect and bond with family and friends, and even small work groups. Sessions are tailored just for your small group. A great way for couples, parents and kids, or friend groups to learn mindfulness techniques to deal with stress and anxiety and support each other in finding a peaceful balance in life. Small Group Mini Retreat

This two hour mini retreat for small groups of friends, co-workers, or family members is customizable for your group. This unique and rejuvenating experience is designed to help you and your small group embark on a journey of self-discovery, relaxation, and mindfulness. During this retreat, you will have the opportunity to explore various mindfulness-related activities that could include breathing exercises, meditation practices, journaling, a gratitude circle, art and creative expression, or vision board creation.
