Join sound healer, Michael McCullough in this immersive 60 minute sound bath.  We begin with a short guided meditation session followed by a heart-centered multi-instrument journey into sound and vibration.  Michael uses crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, chimes, rattles and other instruments to invite a relaxation response and bring you to a more calm and peaceful state.  These sounds and vibrations will help to shift your brain waves from an active beta state to a relaxed alpha state, and then further into a deeper relaxed theta state.  The experience is designed to unearth and release any mental, emotional, or physical blockages, stimulate the flow of stagnant energy, and promote clearing and balance. As you are guided through this immersive journey, you will encounter moments of stirring and release, followed by deep tranquility, culminating in a state of complete relaxation, restoration, and equilibrium. You will leave this sound healing session feeling calmer, balanced and more grounded. 

To maintain the intended atmosphere and focus on wellness, we kindly request that all participants be aged 13 and older. We hope to have events in the future that are suitable for families with younger children.
