A distance Reiki session is an energy healing modality in which the practitioner channels universal life force energy to a recipient who is not physically present, allowing healing to occur across time and space. Using focused intention, visualization, and traditional Reiki symbols, the practitioner connects energetically with you and directs balancing, calming energy wherever it is needed for the body, mind, and spirit.
What to expect:
Pre- and post-session contact is conducted via phone. You choose a quiet, comfortable space, set an intention prior to the beginning of the session, and remain open (either resting, meditating, or going about your day if needed). During sessions, recipients often report sensations such as warmth, tingling, gentle waves of relaxation, emotional release, a deep sense of peace, vivid imagery or a simple meditative state.
