What is Energy Healing?
Energy Healing can include energy modalities like Reiki, Healing Touch, chakra balancing, and others. They are forms of healing therapy applied through non-invasive, non-manipulative technique in which a practitioner lightly lays hands just above or on the clothed body in a slow progression of hand positions. Energy healing modalities like Reiki and Healing Touch are shown to be more effective than placebo for pain relief, relaxation and anxiety management. Anyone can receive energy healing, and thus, it has become widely accepted as a complementary therapy in hospitals, cancer-support centers, and for palliative care. People often report an increased sense of peace and balance after a session.

Integrated Energy Healing / Reiki
Who needs this? Individuals experiencing anxiety, feeling tired all the time, chronic pain, emotional overwhelm, inability to focus, feelings of loss or grief, feeling down or depressed.
Integrated Energy Healing uses a combination of energy modalities which can include Reiki and other energy healing techniques. Additionally, sound healing therapies like singing bowls, tuning forks, shakers and drums may be incorporated into your session to deepen your experience. This work is done in-person, and you remain fully clothed during the session.

Chakra Balancing & Reiki Session
Who needs this? Individuals seeking to align and balance their energy. Great for those looking for grounding, enhanced creativity, better confidence and personal power, expanded love and emotional healing, stronger communication, amplified intuition and connection to higher consciousness.
Designed to align and balance your energy centers, this 60 minute session focusing on the 7 main chakras offers a unique opportunity to restore harmony and revitalize your spirit. Your practitioner may use techniques such as scanning, a pendulum or intuitive sensing to assess your energy field and detect any imbalances or blockages in your chakras. Through gentle Reiki touch, healing stones and Tibetan bowls corresponding to the various chakras, your practitioner will work to clear blockages and restore the flow of energy in the chakras, promoting balance and harmony. The session typically concludes with grounding techniques to help you to integrate the energetic shifts and a discussion of any intuitive findings or questions you may have. Emerge feeling deeply relaxed, more balanced and refreshed.
