We live in a world obsessed with the pursuit of happiness. We’re taught to chase it, measure it, and treat it as the ultimate marker of a good life. But through my work in holistic health, I’ve learned something profoundly different:
Happiness is not the goal. Peace is.
Happiness comes and goes—it’s an emotion, a moment, a spark. But peace is a state of being. Peace is a foundation you can build, return to, and rest in. And when peace settles in, sadness no longer fills the whole room. It begins to soften. It begins to move.
