RECLAIMING PLAY: Beating the Winter Blues by Connecting with Your Inner Child

  • The Healing Sanctuary 672 Exton Commons Exton United States (map)

Winter can shrink our world – less light, less movement, less connection, less joy. This gathering is an invitation to remember the parts of you that knew how to play, imagine, and rest without guilt. Through mocktails, creative play, laughter, and warm conversation, we’ll reconnect with curiosity, lightness, and the simple pleasures that help lift winter heaviness. Rediscover who you really are without the layers of adulthood weighing you down.

What to Expect

  • Mocktails that feel nostalgic, whimsical, evoke childhood, and are even a little experimental (IS there such a thing as a PB&J mocktail?)

  • Inner-child journaling prompts

  • Simple creative play that brings back the spirit of freedom inherent in childhood

  • Group discussion exploring what play was, what it has become, what it can be

Cost: $75 p.p. (includes mocktails, snacks, and all class materials)

(led by Kirsten Caston & Abby Calabrese)
