Each gathering gently guides you home to yourself through mindful presence and shared humanity. We begin with a reflective check-in (for example, “If you were the weather today, what would you be?”), then move into conversation and facilitator coaching that offers mindfulness-based tools for everyday life. We close with a guided meditation designed to calm the nervous system and support emotional healing.
