In a season of love and valentines, having love and compassion for ourselves first is an important part of loving others.  As the saying goes, "How we do anything is how we do everything." 

In this class, learn to see yourself with eyes of compassion, and discover techniques to practice loving yourself completely so that you can bring your truest, most loving and whole self to everyone you encounter.  In meeting the world in this way, you encourage others to do the same.
