Relaxing & Restorative

In partnership with Consultants in Medical Oncology and Hematology and the generosity of Miles for Marc, The Healing Sanctuary is offering sound bath and Reiki energy healing for people undergoing cancer treatment and their caregivers. This nurturing session blends the gentle and calming energies of Reiki with the therapeutic vibrations of sound to create a peaceful space for deep relaxation, emotional release, and inner restoration - supporting both patients and caregivers on their healing journey.

Our goal is to create a calming space where people dealing with cancer can access tools for relaxation, healing, and nervous system regulation. These sessions are offered the second Tuesday of each month and typically integrate breathwork, guided meditation, mindfulness techniques, and/or energy healing accompanied by an immersive sound bath or heartbeat drumming session, which all collectively promote emotional well-being, reduce stress, and offer practical techniques that participants can integrate into their daily lives.
