A grounding sound ritual for clearing winter’s weight to welcome the energy of spring
As the light begins to shift and spring arrives, we are invited to clear space for what wants to grow. Join us with our friends at Zia Yoga & Wellness for a nourishing Spring Equinox experience designed to awaken dormant energy, release what no longer serves, and gently prepare the body and nervous system for a new season.
We will begin with a light, accessible movement practice led by Zia’s owner Kristin to help you settle in and arrive fully. From there, our sound healer Michael will guide a deeply restorative sound bath using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, chimes, rattles, and other instruments. The vibrations are offered to support the release of mental, emotional, and physical blockages, encourage the flow of stagnant energy, and restore a sense of balance and clarity.
Whether sound healing is a familiar practice or completely new to you, this experience is open to all. Come as you are and allow yourself to rest, reset, and reconnect.

Trauma-Informed Note
Sound healing can be a deeply restorative experience, and it can also bring sensations, emotions, or memories to the surface as the nervous system relaxes. You are always in choice. You are welcome to adjust your position, take breaks, step outside, or opt out of any portion of the experience at any time. Our intention is to create a supportive, respectful space where you are encouraged to listen to your body and honor your own needs. Support will be available throughout the practice.
